Fulcrum Community
Fulcrum Methods has created a unique community which encourages users to communicate and collaborate with each other on industry trends and best practices. This not only leads to the creation of new or enhanced Fulcrum methodologies and tools, but also serves as a professional knowledge-sharing group.

Members of the Fulcrum community include Fulcrum clients, the Fulcrum User Group, and the Fulcrum Steering Committee.

Fulcrum User Group – Commitment to Excellence!
The role of the Fulcrum User Group is to maximize effectiveness of Fulcrum Methods. User Group responsibilities include:

  • Sharing Fulcrum best practices, ideas, and industry knowledge through regularly scheduled meetings and presentations
  • Participating in reviews of Fulcrum content and features
  • Recommending new product development features and prioritization to the Fulcrum Steering Committee
  • Participating in development of new products
  • Providing quality assurance and user acceptance testing for product releases
  • Providing feedback via issue reports or enhancement suggestions

Members of the Fulcrum User Group are eligible to participate in the Fulcrum Certification Program. The Fulcrum Certification Program is an in-depth program covering classroom training and organizational development involving a three-day overview of Fulcrum concepts, methodologies, tools, and implementation practices. The classroom training is followed by active and hands-on delivery, implementation, and specific use of one or more of the Fulcrum methodologies or tools. Training is conducted by Fulcrum faculty members.
