Mr. DeLuca is a health care information technology futurist, bringing innovative wisdom and practical experience to both the health care and information technology market segments. His cross-functional perspective has evolved out of 20 years of performing successful advisory services for provider, payer, entrepreneur and public policy clients. Mr. DeLuca is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences and is widely published on health care and information technology topics. The most recent edition of his book, The CEO's Guide to Health Care Information Technology: Revised Edition , is now available from Jossey-Bass. Mr. DeLuca was recently awarded the ACHE Regent's Senior Leadership Award for service to the health care community.

Mr. Beberman has an extensive investment banking and health information technology background. He has had leadership responsibility for transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and capital-raising. The total value of these transactions exceeds $10 billion and involves companies in a variety of industries including medical, high-tech, financial services, transportation, general industrial, and consumer products. Mr. Beberman spent twelve years at the North American affiliate of NM Rothschild & Sons where he provided financial advice to US and European-based companies. He also launched and managed a newly established corporate transaction development effort at Banc of America Securities where he assisted the firm's merger and acquisition clients with corporate development, strategic analysis, and planning. Most recently, Mr. Beberman was chief operating officer of Connectance, Inc., an early stage health information technology company developing clinical diagnostic decision support systems for physicians and other health care professionals.

David Keirns

Mr. Keirns brings evolutionary leadership in clinical information systems and technology planning including organizational development, change management, process engineering and learning methodologies. At Fulcrum Methods Mr. Keirns leads the eLearning, learning management development, product development and Fulcrum Methods certification efforts. Previously he has served as Program Manager for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Director of IT Strategy for Oracle, and Systems Architect for Sequoia Hospital CHW implementing information systems for both clinical and internet technology environments. For 20 years he has been developing solutions for highly interdependent teams through the use of project management methodologies, governance structure, budget management tactics and progress tracking tools.

Mark Schneider

Mr. Schneider has over 15 years of diverse health care experience, including information technology, managed care, and patient care. In his current role with Fulcrum Methods Mr. Schneider is responsible for product development, implementation and support services. Prior to working with Fulcrum Methods he served as a health care information technology consultant. In this role Mr. Schneider managed many initiatives using Fulcrum Methods tools. Prior to consulting, Mr. Schneider was the product manager for the data integration and communications platform at CareScience, Inc., overseeing the strategy, functionality and development of their product suite infrastructure. He was also the product manager for a suite of tools aimed at helping health care organizations with technology assessment decision-making and planning, including the review of health IT products for a certification program. Mr. Schneider, a current member of the Health Information and Management Systems Society, served in various functions for a managed health care organization including program manager, project manager, analyst, subject matter expert and proposal writer. He spent several years working at the paramedic level for an ambulance squad.
